Using our products and site safely and lawfully.
Safety red-lines — read first
- Never lean out of a window or climb a sill, ledge or external wall. All upper-floor outer-glass methods we sell are done from inside the room.
- Magnetic cleaners must be used with the safety tether attached for the whole job, and matched to your glazing thickness — the wrong tier can lose grip and drop.
- We do not sell any climbing, ladder, harness or rope-access equipment. For external work at height, hire a qualified professional company.
- Never mix cleaning products — in particular, never mix acidic descalers/removers with chlorine or bleach-based cleaners, which can release harmful gas.
- Ventilate, wear gloves, keep products away from children and pets, and follow every product label. Acidic removers must not be used on marble or other sensitive stone.
Working at height
- Clean outer glass on upper floors only from inside the room, using our magnetic or U-reach tools.
- Always attach the safety tether on a magnetic cleaner and match the tier to your glazing.
- Never lean out, climb or balance on a sill. We do not sell height-access equipment; hire a qualified company for external work.
Chemical safety
- Never mix products; never combine acidic descalers with chlorine/bleach cleaners.
- Ventilate, wear gloves and keep products away from children and pets.
- Respect surface bans: acidic removers are not for marble or sensitive stone; scrapers are not for coated or filmed glass; we make no "absolute" or "permanent" performance claims.
Blades and scrapers
Use safety scrapers only on annealed or tempered glass at the correct low angle. Never scrape coated, tinted or filmed glass. Keep blades retracted and away from children.
Using the site
- Don't misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Don't resell our products as professional height-access or industrial equipment — they are consumer household goods.
