These terms govern your use of Clearpane and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Safety red-lines — read first

  • Never lean out of a window or climb a sill, ledge or external wall. All upper-floor outer-glass methods we sell are done from inside the room.
  • Magnetic cleaners must be used with the safety tether attached for the whole job, and matched to your glazing thickness — the wrong tier can lose grip and drop.
  • We do not sell any climbing, ladder, harness or rope-access equipment. For external work at height, hire a qualified professional company.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use this site. Users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent. Window operation and chemical handling must be carried out by an adult.

Products and information

  • We sell physical window-cleaning and glass-care products for household, consumer use.
  • Product images are for reference; the item you receive is as described on the product page.
  • We describe what each product does plainly and do not make absolute claims such as "never a streak again" or permanent results. Coatings and anti-fog effects diminish with use.

Safety obligations (important)

  • Do not lean out of windows or climb. Use our reach tools only from inside the room.
  • Use the safety tether supplied with magnetic cleaners for the entire job, and match the magnetic tier to your glazing.
  • Follow every chemical label. Never mix products, especially acidic and chlorine-based cleaners.
  • You are responsible for the consequences of ignoring these safety instructions.

Orders, pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
  • We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Payment is taken securely by our payment provider when you check out.

Memberships

Clearpane Club is a pure subscription billed in USD (monthly or yearly). It provides member benefits while active — there are no points or stored value. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; benefits stop at the end of the paid period and do not carry over.

Acceptable use

Your use of the site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its text and its designs are owned by us or our licensors. Product designs are original or generic; we do not sell counterfeit or IP-infringing goods.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided for ordinary household use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse, for ignoring safety instructions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
