Refund Policy

How refunds work, when they apply, and how long they take.
Safety red-lines — read first
- Never mix cleaning products — in particular, never mix acidic descalers/removers with chlorine or bleach-based cleaners, which can release harmful gas.
When you can get a refund
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — always refundable or replaceable.
- Unused items returned within the returns window (see Returns Policy).
- Orders we cancel due to a pricing or stock error — refunded in full.
What isn't refundable
- Opened chemical products (cleaners, descalers, removers, coatings) — for safety and hygiene these cannot be returned once opened.
- Cut-to-size film that has been trimmed.
- The current period of a membership after it has started (you keep the benefits until it ends).
How to request a refund
Contact support@raifacadeuk.shop with your order details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the funds.
Disputes
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. We follow our payment provider's dispute process where one is raised.
